Staff

Our school is run by many people. This page introduces you to some of them.  Miss Biddick is our Head of School and the school's Senior Leadership Team is made up of Miss Biddick, Mrs. Webb, Miss Jouvenat and Mr. Marks.

Our Teaching Staff

These are the teachers and teaching assistants who work in our school...


Mousehole Class (Reception / EYFS)
Mrs. Cummins is the teacher in Mousehole Class.  Mrs. Barber is the Teaching Assistant Monday to Thursday, and Mrs. Barry is the Teaching Assistant on Fridays.

Godrevy Class (Year One)
Mrs. Pascoe teaches Godrevy Class.  Mrs. Boughton is the Teaching Assistant and Mrs. Van and Mrs. Hawkins work in the class in additional support roles.

Longships Class (Year One/Year Two)

Mrs. Williams teaches Longships Class on Mondays and Tuesdays and Mrs. Allen-Blackmore is the teacher on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  Mrs. Barry and Mrs. Cruz are the Teaching Assistants.

 

Pendeen Class (Year Two)
Mrs. Hart teaches Pendeen Class on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and Mrs. Williams is the class teacher on Thursdays and Fridays. Mrs. Hopkins is the Higher Level Teaching Assistant.

 

Carne Class (Year Three)
Miss Collop is the class teacher for Carne Class.  Mrs. King, Miss Richards and Mrs. Green work in the class in additional support roles.  Mrs. Hopkins is the Higher Level Teaching Assistant.

Lamorna Class Four (Year Four)
Mrs. Powell teaches Lamorna Class.  Miss Grigg works in the class in an addtional support role. 

Allen Class (Year Five)
Mr. Marks and Mrs. Martin teach Allen Class. Mr. Marks teaches the class on Mondays and Tuesdays and Mrs. Martin is the teacher on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  Miss Jessie and Mrs. Lemon work in the class in additional suport roles.

Kenwyn Class (Year Five/ Year Six)
Mrs. Webb is the teacher in Kenwyn Class and Mrs. Booth is the HLTA in the class.  Mrs. Lemon, Mrs. Ward and Mrs. Sousa work in the class in additional support roles.

Truro Class (Year Six)
Miss Jouvenat teaches Truro Class. Mrs. Booth is the HLTA in the class.

 

Mrs. Fuca works with Years Four, Five and Six on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and Mrs. Rees works with these year groups on Thursdays and Fridays.

SENDCo (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator)
Mr. Marks is our SENDCo.

 

Mrs. Ali works in school on Wednesdays as our TIS practitioner.

Safeguarding Lead
Miss Biddick is our Designated Safeguarding Officer.
Miss Jouvenat is our deputy Designated Safeguarding Officer.

P.E. / Sports Coaching
Mr. Brandreth is our Sports Coach. He takes groups and classes for P.E. and organises many sports matches and events, both competitive and friendly, for all ages. Mr. Brandreth works at Mount Hawke all week.

The School Office
The office is open from 8.30 am until 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

The office is run by Mrs. Marsh, our School Secretary, with Mrs. Rabey's support. Mrs. Thomas is our Business Manager.

Mr. Whitehead is our Site Manager.
